Campaign Development + Execution Process

Our approach consists of key phases to ensure alignment, transparency and efficiency throughout.

Client to provide as much upfront information as possible. Planet, Kinetic319 and client will align on scope, deliverables, process and timing.

Client, Planet and Kinetic319 will agree on cost and billing schedule as outlined within the detailed project contract or retainer.

Planet and Kinetic319 will submit the project’s joint Creative and Media Brief for client input and approval.

Planet and Kinetic319 will kickoff our internal team by using the approved Creative and Media Briefs as the project foundation and guide.

Planet and Kinetic319 will meet internally to review progress and ensure the work ladders up to the Creative and Media Briefs and ultimately addresses the challenge and ask.

Once the work is approved internally, Planet and Kinetic319 will present progress of agreed upon deliverables during key milestones as outlined within the project’s timeline and media schedule.

Client to provide actionable feedback and/or approval to work presented.

With client approval, Planet will finalize the deliverable(s) and handoff for execution. All file sharing is secure.

We prioritize your ongoing satisfaction with our partnership. We conduct biannual client sentiment surveys, periodic business reviews and strategic planning, in addition to 24/7 live analytics and insight dashboards via KiQ.

We will have ongoing communication with your team via weekly status meetings, biweekly reporting, impromptu discussions and milestone presentations. Kinetic319 also provides quarterly newsletter updates and a single point of contact via bailey@kinetic319.com. Together, we utilize slack, Google suite and Teams for meetings and touch bases.
